Terms of Use
Effective 2026.08.29. These terms govern your use of this website and the material published on it.
Confirm the operating entity and the publication licence with counsel before launch.
1. Operator
This website is operated by Korea Entrepreneurship Initiative (“KEI”, “we”). Questions about these terms can be sent to drlee@kookmin.ac.kr.
2. Use of the site
You may browse this site, and read and download the publications made available on it, for research, policy, educational and non-commercial purposes.
3. Publications and citation
Reports and papers published here remain the intellectual property of KEI and, where applicable, the commissioning organisation. You may quote from them with proper attribution to the authors, the title and KEI. Republishing a full report, translating it, or using it in a commercial product requires prior written permission.
Some studies are published in summary form because the commissioning body holds rights over the full text. Where that is the case it is noted on the publication page.
4. Accuracy and limitation of liability
Our publications state their data sources, method and limitations. Findings describe the period and the scope studied, and should not be read as a guarantee of future outcomes. KEI accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of material published here, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
If you find an error, tell us at drlee@kookmin.ac.kr and we will correct it and note the correction.
5. Prohibited use
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading or any activity that degrades the service for others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the administration area or the underlying systems.
- Presenting altered versions of our publications as ours.
6. Third-party links
Links to partner and external sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
